Before I ever picked up a camera, I was working in bars, restaurants and retail in Liverpool and beyond. I learned the industry from the inside out - the busy rushes, the specific challenges, and what makes customers truly loyal. I combine my hands-on hospitality knowledge with formal training, earning a degree in Film Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
